Deposits need to be placed by 12 weeks out. Placing your deposit will hold your spot in the EvoFit Suits calendar, and you will gain access to the @evofitsuits_designgallery Instagram page. Place your deposit and learn more here.

What’s the design process like?

After your deposit is placed, the next step is to email Bethany your budget and suit inspiration at 12 weeks out. At this time Bethany will review your notes and images and follow up with questions if needed.

• Inspiration ideas for your suit can come from anything you find aesthetically pleasing. Bethany has created designs inspired by everything from comic book characters to architecture! The sky is the limit for your suit's inspiration. Be sure and scroll through the Design Gallery page too and save any that catch your eye.  *Suits from other designers can be sent as inspiration, but will NOT be copied, but if you want to share what you like, it gives Bethany a better sense of your style and taste.

Bethany will create 3-5 digital sketches for you to choose from for your suit design. The sketches will come in a PDF and include the fabric, rhinestones, and connector recommendations.

Bikini and Wellness suits that are a solid color will not have a sketch but will include fabric and rhinestone combination options.

I picked my design, now what?

Once you have a finalized design chosen, the next step is to place your order at 8 weeks out. After you have submitted the Place Order form Bethany will email your invoice for payment. Suits orders over $500 have the option of splitting up your payment. 50% of the invoice total is due upfront upon receipt at 8 weeks out, and the remaining balance isn’t due until your finished suit is ready to ship (about 2.5 weeks out).

What about a fitting?

Fittings are encouraged as it gives us the chance to make sure your suit is going to be a perfect fit!  For non-local fittings, Bethany will mail you your suit. A FaceTime/Zoom call will be scheduled so Bethany can see you in it and have you run through your poses wearing your suit so we can make sure the fit is what we both want! Then you mail your suit back and Bethany will either make alterations as needed or if the fit is perfect she will get to work adding all the sparkle! Your fitting will take place around 4-5 weeks out.
